Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed from Sunday to Thursday.
• Public holidays are excluded from processing times.
• Please allow 1–2 working days for order preparation before dispatch.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time varies by region:

Cairo & Giza: 2–5 working days
Alexandria & Beheira: 3–6 working days
Delta & Canal Cities: 3–6 working days
Near Upper Egypt: 4–7 working days
Far Upper Egypt & Matrouh: 5–8 working days
Sinai & New Valley: 5–10 working days

(Working days exclude Fridays and public holidays.)

3. Shipping Fees

Cairo & Giza: 80 EGP
Alexandria & Beheira: 85 EGP
Delta & Canal: 95 EGP
Near Upper Egypt: 110 EGP
Far Upper Egypt & Matrouh: 125 EGP
Sinai & New Valley: 145 EGP

4. Rescheduling & Failed Deliveries

You may reschedule delivery for up to 3 days after the courier’s first attempt.
After 3 failed delivery attempts, the order is automatically cancelled.
If cancelled, a new order must be placed to reship.

5. Courier Policy

• Customers may open the package externally while the courier waits.
• Trying on items while the courier is present is not allowed.

6. Delivery Confirmation

You will receive both SMS and email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
