Delivery Information

1- Order Processing:

• Orders are processed from Sunday to Thursday.
• Public holidays are excluded from processing times.

 
2- Shipping Time:

• Cairo and Giza: 2-5 working days.
• Rest of Egypt: 3-6 working days.

 
3- Shipping Fees:

• Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and Delta : 50 EGP.
• Rest of Egypt: 85 EGP.

 
4- Rescheduling and Cancellation:

• Rescheduling is allowed for up to 3 days when the courier first contacts you.
• After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be automatically cancelled.
• To re-ship after cancellation, you must place a new order online.

 
4- Courier Policy:

• Customers are not allowed to open the package while the courier waits outside.

5- Delivery Confirmation:

• You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
