Return and exchange policy
Thank you for shopping with AVELLE! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
General Policy
1. Return and Exchange Period
- You have 5 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange eligible items.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at avelleclothing@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2.Return Shipping
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the T-shirt(s) from your address.
- Customers are responsible for the courier fees associated with the return.
3. Inspection and Refund
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Process
1. Initiate an Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at avelleclothing@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
- Provide your order number, a description of the T-shirt(s) you wish to exchange, and the new T-shirt(s) you would like to receive.
2. Exchange Shipping
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the T-shirt(s) from your address.
- Customers are responsible for the courier fees associated with the exchange.
- We will ship the new T-shirt(s) to you at no additional cost once we receive and inspect the original T-shirt(s).
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged T-shirt, please contact us immediately at avelleclothing@gmail.com with details of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
