Washing & Care
- Wash in cold water only (30°C or below) to prevent shrinkage.
- Turn inside out before washing to protect the fabric surface.
- Hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle.
- Air dry flat or hang in the shade. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Iron on medium heat while slightly damp for best results.
- Do not tumble dry and avoid bleach.
- Shrinkage (2–4%) is normal. To minimize it, stick to cold water and air drying.
Shipping & Returns
- Orders are processed the same day, except on weekends (processed on Saturday).
- Delivery takes 2–3 days depending on location.
- Exchanges and returns are accepted within 5 days.
- Items must be unused and unwashed.
- We are not responsible for shrinkage unless the product is marked pre-shrunk.
- Customers can open the package before accepting the order.
