Returns & Exchanges
Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery is not eligible for return or exchange. Responsibility in this case lies with the customer.
- Once your return request is submitted through the Return & Exchange Form, our team will review it and arrange a courier pickup if approved.
- After the courier collects the item and the return is verified, the refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.
- Refunds are issued after pickup and verification.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging.
- Once approved, the exchange process typically takes 2–3 working days after pickup.
- If the requested item is out of stock, our team will contact you with available alternatives.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for any additional shipping or handling fees related to exchanges.
General Terms
- Each order allows one post-purchase action only, whether a return or an exchange.
- Once a return or exchange is completed, the order is no longer eligible for another action.
- All return and exchange requests must be submitted exclusively through the Return & Exchange Form.
- Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage after delivery are not eligible under any circumstances.
